National Championship- Auburn vs. Florida State

This year, if you were to tell me that Auburn and Florida State were to going to play each other for the 2013 National Championship, I probably would have looked at you as if you were delusional. Auburn, coming off of an unusual 3-9 season, has had one of the most miraculous changes ever seen, as they stand 12-1. Auburn , led by running back Tre Mason , has had one heck of a year. During the regular season, Auburn won a game against Georgia  with :38 seconds by one of the receivers catching a tipped pass. In their final regular season game, Auburn defeated the 2-time defending National Champion Alabama Crimson Tide. They won off of a missed field goal return of 109 yards by return man Chris Davis. Of all the ways to be defeated,  the chance of that happening is less than 1%. Nevertheless, Auburn has shown that they can overcome any tough obstacle. With a tenacious defense and an aggressive offense, it's no wonder why Auburn is in the National Championship.

As a Miami Hurricanes fan, as much as it pains me to say,  I must give credit when credit is due. Florida State has had one of dominating seasons ever seen in College Football history. Led by young but very talented Jameis Winston, the Seminoles closest margin of victory in the regular season was  14. During the regular season , the Seminoles have averaged a whopping 53 points per game. How much did their opponents average? 10 points. Florida State's defense has been as good as it gets in college football. And  with a high powered offense like Florida State's, it's nearly impossible to beat them in any category.

The time has finally come for the National Championship. And seeing fit, the Seminoles took the Championship back to Florida ending the SEC streak of 7 .
