Tom Brady Suspension Upheld

Tom Brady's suspension of four games was upheld by the NFL on Tuesday, July 28th. A big reason for this was that Tom Brady destroyed his cell phone which gave a huge suspension against his case. Tom Brady and his camp are saying that they are prepared to send this case to court because they believe there is not sufficient evidence to prove Brady as guilty.

This uphold sends a message to the NFL that even the best players are still subject to the rules. Tom Brady, many believed, was going to get off because of his name and his importance to the league, but this shows that even arguably the most popular figure in the NFL can be suspended. Tom Brady and the Patriots still believe that he will be the starting Quarterback week 1 because of the possible court case.

The word on the street is that Tom Brady is going to fight this to the very end. This may not just be for this season, but for his legacy. Many may see a tainted legacy if they found out Brady cheated given the Patriots history of breaking the rules. Hopefully we can get more information soon and see what the real deal is.
