NFL Free Agency 07/13/15 - Offense Edition

In the middle of NBA Free Agency prime time , let's not forget that we are roughly a month away from the beginning of the NFL season. In the meantime, let's recap what some of the biggest signings  that have taken place this off-season.

Offense

QB Brian Hoyer- From Browns to Texans
One time starter for the Cleveland Browns, Hoyer has found a new home. Hoyer signed a two-year deal for 10.5 million dollars with the Houston Texans. While Hoyer competes for a starting position in Houston, it will be interesting to see what the Browns do at quarterback. Manziel has to make huge strides if he wants to be THE quarterback in Cleveland.

RB  DeMarco Murray - Cowboys to Eagles
DeMarco Murray
After having a spectacular season, the Cowboys were not able to retain their star running back. Murray is taking his talents to the city of brotherly love to join the Eagles on a five-year, 42 million dollar deal. Being in the same division, Murray will definitely have the opportunity to re-unite with old team multiple times.

RB Frank Gore - 49ers to Colts
Long time 49er Frank Gore has left the 49ers to join the Indianapolis Colts. After playing with the Niners for a decade, the running back signed to play with the Colts on a three- year, 12 million dollar contract. This seems to be the last big blow that the Niners have suffered this off-season, being a team that was slowly falling apart.

WR Andre Johnson - Texans to Colts
The former Houston Texan star has decided to join his former UM buddy Frank Gore by signing a three-year 21 million dollar contract with the Colts. This seemed to be a good move for Johnson. Although he is still capable of putting up big numbers, he is only getting older , and wants a chance at getting a ring. The Colts are much better than the Texans at this point.

WR Michael Crabtree - 49ers to Raiders
Michael Crabtree elected to leave his former team in order get a fresh start with the Raiders, signing a one-year, 3 million dollar deal with the Raiders. Between injury and lack of performance, th
e 49ers that it was best not re-sign the receiver. With big-number potential, this may be exactly what Crabtree needs.
